Callie Klein is a versatile multi-certified horse professional living and working in Las Vegas Nevada. Certified as a Centered Riding instructor since 2010, a graduate of Train the Trainers with the Western Dressage Association of America, and is completing her certification with the international Straightness Training program. Additionally, Callie trains to use operant conditioning methods, fundamentals of horse and human brain physiology, and choice-based horse training.
Callie trains using the fundamentals of the “grand masters” style of dressage dating to the 17th century. Through this, Callie is able to work with riders of all disciplines and all breeds of horses.
Knowing it is “best to learn from the best,” Callie engages in weekly continuing education, making her one of Las Vegas’ most diverse horse training and riding instructors. Callie is able to offer her students a range of training fundamentals at her ranch, Cloud Nine Ranch LLC, where she boards horses, provides lessons, and offers volunteer and civic opportunities for youth and adults.
Callie provides a variety of clinics including classical and western dressage. As part of the curriculum development team for North American Western Dressage and a graduate of the Western Dressage Association of America Train the Trainers program she provides guidance to riders of all levels and skills interested in Western Dressage. From training pyramid to test evaluation and preparation, riders at all levels and across disciplines will benefit from the clinic content. Whether choosing the Western Dressage 1-2-3 Program or a custom clinic format, participants are guaranteed to learn, laugh and appreciate the horse.
